Portsmouth Commissioner of the Revenue Honored

The Honorable Franklin D. Edmondson, MCR, received the 2013 President's Prestigious Service award from the Honorable Terry C. Frye, MCR, at the Commissioners of the Revenue annual conference held in Hampton, Virginia. Mr. Edmondson, City of Portsmouth's Commissioner of the Revenue since 2006, has continued his longstanding community involvement.
